Bridge Housing

Minimum Valuable Product

Wireframes

Emerging from a post-pandemic world, Bridge Housing identified a need to improve staff mobility. They needed a digital solution that would allow staff to work remotely - enabling them to complete tasks from wherever they are - rather than needing to return to the office.

The initial focus was to define an MVP (minimum valuable product) for a field mobility solution, representing the minimum number of features and functionality required to represent value to staff.

We engaged with staff from the inspection and housing teams to understand their day to day activities through interviews and journey mapping sessions. We ideated on an ideal state and brought these ideas together into wireframes to communicate how an mobile solution could reduce hours of manual work.

Current states service design blueprint that highlighted the time taken for manual tasks, including printing and filling out forms, looking up tenant details and history.

Brainstorming on an ideal state that included pre-filled forms that were readily available with tenant data.

Wireframes that brought to life the features that were brainstormed by staff including easy access to forms, ability to search and see tenant details.
